The room comfort, decoration, and amenities were excellent. The staff, especially the English-speaking Filipino staff, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The owner's warm welcome added a touch of hospitality. Fresh hot Arabic coffee and dates were a delightful touch at reception. The hotel breakfast and staff's kindness made my stay memorable.

During my recent stay at Aral Hotel Apartments, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-decorated rooms. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the fast and stable WiFi kept me connected throughout my stay. The staff was incredibly attentive, making me feel welcome and cared for as a guest. I also appreciated the complimentary Arabic coffee and fresh dates that were provided. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the cleanliness and decor of my room. The staff was also friendly and professional, offering me fresh hot coffee at the reception. they provided me with complimentary dates, which was a nice gesture.

There were a few minor issues. The local air-conditioning system in my room occasionally displayed an error sign and stopped working.

We were pleased with the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and accommodating staff. Our breakfast was always fulfilling and the location was convenient. Additionally, the WiFi was strong, and the jacuzzi in the room was a nice touch.

The water pressure in the bathroom was quite low. Unfortunately, the adjoining rooms and hallways were not sound-proof, so we could hear noise all night long.

Had a great time during Xmas holiday, the hotel was perfectly located for my needs. the staff were always on hand and very attentive. the room was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Complimentary WiFi was quick and never let me down. I appreciated the welcome drink and cookies upon my arrival, it was a nice touch.

There were no tea bags or coffee provided in the room which was a bit of a shame, especially as there were a coffee grinder and Nespresso machine. Although breakfast offered local coffee, I would have appreciated a traditional continental breakfast.

The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They even delivered breakfast to my room every day, and it was both plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tabuk.
